Delivery policy
Please note that
- The space must be cleared prior to installation
- The door entryways must be a minimum of 32” wide.
- An additional price of $25 per flight of stairs, per piece will be added to your invoice
Free Shipping
We are happy to ship at not charge within a 70-mile radius of Paramus, NJ, including parts of New York, Connecticut, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. We don’t just deliver to your doorstep; we’ll place your new desks and tables exactly where you want them!
Orders must be received by 11am EST for orders to be counted that day.
All shipments must include the exact address including zip code, contact name, number of fligh stairs, and telephone number. There wont be deliveries to PO Boxes.
Free Shipping Area
FREE Shipping Exceptions
Any deliver outside the 70 miles radius will require a shipping quote.
If the delivery address is located out of our Free Shipping area, please contact us so we can quote the shipping costs.
In case you orderr and the delivery is out of range, you will recieve a quote for the delivery and if you don't accept it we gladly refund your payment.
Installation
We don’t just deliver to your doorstep; we’ll place your new desks and tables exactly where you want them
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your order, without penalty, within the first 72 hours of your order being placed (before the manufacturing of your furniture). If the product has already started production there is a 35% re-stocking fee . If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all a 50% restocking fee, plus the shipping costs. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
No cancellations on custom orders.
Returns
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained BEFORE any item is returned to Office Seating. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number within 15 days of the delivery date; this applies to all RMAs regardless of the reason.
You may return an unused, un-assembled item, in its original packing including all parts, instructions and user manuals, within 15 days of delivery. A 50% re-stocking fee will be charged in case you return an item.
In case of returns, the customer must pay the returning shipping costs.
We will pay the return shipping costs ONLY if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item or the item is defective).
Warranties
Our desk we sell are covered by a 10 years from date of purchase for items with major defects. The manufacturer will replace or repair any parts or components as needed.
Scratchs, dents and regular wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
